All of our products are available online. Orders placed by Wednesday, 3:30 PST, ship the following Monday or Tuesday. With winter ground shipping to the east coast some orders may not arrive in the same week. In order to provide you with a complete fresh order, our production staff needs to have orders in by the end of the production day on Wednesday to produce fresh product on Thursday and Friday. In summer, our products are shipped frozen (with dry ice) to ensure freshness in the summer time and will always be shipped to arrive the same week they are shipped. Bundled packages include either UPS ground shipping or 3rd day air freight (excluding freight surcharges) to ensure delivery prior to the weekend. No matter where you are stateside...
