If you are dissatisfied with our products please login to your account (Click Here) and create a Product Support Ticket, at which time a member of our customer service team will work closely with you to resolve the issue. If you are dissatisfied with the products and wish to return it, please return the product with the following information within 30 days of receipt. - Login to your account and fill out a Product Support Ticket.
- Give your Reason for return.
- The product must have been purchased from Fresh Energy Bakery Inc. to qualify for a refund. Products purchased from vendors other than Fresh Energy Bakery Inc. will not be refunded. To obtain a refund for such product please return it to the company or store of original purchase. Thank You.
- If an incorrect item was purchased, Fresh Energy Bakery Inc. will be happy to replace or refund you the purchase price of the item. Fresh Energy Bakery Inc. is NOT responsible for the shipping costs for the return of the incorrectly purchased item(s). Thank you
Returns to FEB Please circle the item you wish to return or the sales that are in question on your copy of your original invoice. Provide a telephone number in case we have questions. Please copy your invoice form and keep it for your records. Enclose the original invoice with the items you are returning. To return your package you may take the package to a UPS customer counter, give the package to any UPS driver making a regular pickup or delivery, drop off at a UPS authorized shipping outlet that accepts Authorized Returns Service packages (i.e. Mail Boxes Etc., Handle With Care Packaging Store, Pak Mail, Parcel Plus, Postal Annex or Postnet) or call 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) for the nearest Authorized Return Service drop-off location.
We currently offer UPS Ground and UPS Next Day shipping options with in the United States. Bars are sent: 1. Standard UPS Ground 3-5 days 2. Overnight UPS 2nd Day Air Standard delivery times, dependant upon your location in relation to shipping location. *Fresh Energy Bakery is NOT responsible for lost or damaged items when shipping through the U.S. Post Office.
