SHIPPING
From April through October, we ship in insulated boxes with dry ice and ice packs. All GROUND orders ship on Tuesday and arrive the same week. If you need quicker delivery, please select 2 DAY shipping. The product lasts for 3 days in transit. UPS ground will arrive to all west coast locations within 3 days of shipping. During the summer months east coast locations should select 3 day air.
 
Orders placed by Wednesday, 3:30 PST, ship the following Monday or Tuesday.
With winter ground shipping to the east coast some orders may not arrive in the same week. In order to provide you with a complete fresh order, our production staff needs to have orders in by the end of the production day on Wednesday to produce fresh product on Thursday and Friday.

SHIPPING RATES
Our shipping rates are determined by the total weight of your order and the postal zip code to where your order is being shipped. Unlike most companies who base their shipping charges on total dollar value, we use current UPS shipping tables. In the event no one is home to receive your order, we strongly recommend you send your package to a business address to insure delivery. PERISHABLE FOODS
When ordering fresh foods, your total perishable order must be a minimum of 5 pounds (any combination of energy bars). We use plenty of dry ice and a insulated cooler - Click Here to See Container - a packaging combination that will insure your products arrive frozen and in excellent condition whether you choose Ground or Overnight as your shipping method.
 
If you are selecting Ground delivery to ship your energy bars, your package will be shipped Tuesday and arrive the same week. If you need your package delivered for a specific date, please advise with a date in the "Customer notes:" box when checking out. You'll see the "Customer notes" box right after you complete your "Personal details" information. The box is at the bottom of the page in the "Shipping & Payment" section.
 
We encourage perishable orders to be delivered to a business or commercial address. Fresh Energy Bakery is not responsible or liable for deliveries where the customer is not available to receive the order. All perishable food orders are final. There are no product or money back guarantees on GROUND shipments. Please note that we do not ship perishable foods over the weekend, whether you select GROUND or EXPRESS shipping.
 
EMAIL NOTIFICATION
After you shop and checkout, you will receive an email notification stating that your order is in process. We will then proceed to pick and pack your order for shipment. If all items are in stock and are ready for shipment, your credit card will be processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will be notified via email that your order in in transit to your shipping location.
