Creation Labs is the developer and maker of the world's most delicious protein and nutrition bars. Our bars are unique in that they are made with the highest of quality all natural ingredients in small batches. They are preservative free, carefully mixed and extruded, and vacuum packed to allow keep retain maximum moisture and then frozen just after they are made. They are not only all natural and great tasting, but the natural moistness of the raw ingredients in our bars is designed to have maximum digestibility and nutritional value.
Most of the nutrition bar industry focuses on what will be an acceptable product to be shipped through the dry goods distribution system and bars that can be produced in mass production runs. The mass production runs maximize profit and minimize costs while the longer shelf life minimizes returns and allows these energy bars to be handled much like a candy bar. These gums, preservatives, and synthetic sweeteners help to serve as a reminder that you have eaten one of these bars as they are like the gift that keeps on giving long after you have finished eating the product; creating that unnatural aftertaste that makes you wonder what brand you will try the next time you decide to by a nutrition bar. In addition, while some of these bars may have nominal amount of protein, you have to think of how valuable of a nutrition source it is if designed sit at room temperature for a year.
